July 2018 Update - Past and Upcoming Shows

Hello All!

It's been a bit of a while since I've updated anything but I have a few nice plans in the works - but before I do that I'd like to fill you in on a few of my recent activities.

First and foremost, I passed my latest chamber music exam, which means I have three exams done and four more to go! It was a program of mostly baroque music for guitar, harpsichord, cello and recorder. I was accompanied by some really amazing musicians Solomiya Maksymiv who played harpsichord and recorder, and Davide Forti on cello. I cannot express my gratitude to them enough as they were amazing chamber partners and a joy to work with. I owe both of them more than they know. The program looked like this.

Lastly, I have a few gigs coming up this summer. I'll be performing at McCrory’s Inn, Culdaff, Co. Donegal, on August 4th, and The Mill Theater, Dublin on September 6th both with Anne Randolph's and her fabulous group of musicians.

In addition to this I'll also be flying to Scotland to perform with the Red Note Advanced Ensemble. I'll be taking part in a week of rehearsals, out reach programs, coaching and finally a performance of John Adams' Gnarly Buttons with the members of the Red Note Ensemble. I'm super excited to work with these amazing musicians, and I look forward to being back in Edinburgh! Expect more updates soon now that the summer is here and I have more free time on my hands...
